A Home of Our Own! Casa de Etoile!

Well, my little handmade shop is moving on up! Ok, we are so so excited to have the opportunity to move so close to our friends at Covert and Beta on Robinson Street! We will soon (hopefully by the 11th) have our very own house, complete with outside patio to hang out at, lots and lots of parking, and a great independent community of other business owners to work with! There will be more "walking traffic", more events will be possible, and just a great friendly vibe! We are trying to make the area on Robinson between Bumby and Primrose a major shopping destination and a place you can spend the day! Between Etoile, Covert, Beta, Pom Poms, Sportstown, Drop Shop, and sweet sweet Lous Lounge:)and others, there is plenty to do around there and we are stoked to be able to be a part of the action! It is all happening really really quickly, so more updates to come, plus pictures of the process! (grimace)
We will be open at the current location until about 5pm this Saturday, Sept.8, and re-open at the new shop hopefully before, but no later than Sept. 15th! And of course, when we do...BIG SALE! PARTY! MADNESS!

Many of the great designers at Etoile will be joining forces to have a super cool fashion show & party at Tatame Sake & Tea Lounge! DJ Diddles will be doing what he does best; there will be a raffle (with prizes you actually want), and a vendor booth outside with lots of cool new stuff! Many items will be all new & not in the store yet!

Fashion Show Artists include: A Rare Bird, Mal Moi, DALAT, Cherry Runway, If You Nasty, Skull with Hair, Jo Malley, British Teeth, Peoples Army, Stray Creative and more!

I hope you like these summer-y tops/dresses! It is so dang hot here in Orlando, it's all I can do to slip on a comfy dress or flowy top before I step out into the inferno! These lil' babies do the trick! They can be a long top or a short dress, depending on how daring you are! New Heart Pocket Bag, too!

I call it the "Rad Bag"- the fabric is like the pattern of a 10 year old boy's bed sheets...or maybe a sweet pair of jamz...remember them?
Anyways, this was the only tote I was able to get a pic of before they sold at Grandma Party! But, no worries, lots more bags, skirts and dresses are on the way!

This is a super fun event filled with great handmade vendors, music, food & lotsa other goodness! Be there early, or you might miss something good! We got cleaned out really quickly last year!
